All articles below are based on my own personal experiences or my personal, extensive research of valid sources. There is much speculation and inaccurate reporting on this topic of extraterrestrials. There is much governmental denial. Many reputable researchers refuse to entertain any alternatives to their long held beliefs. Perhaps now is the time for all of that to change.

I am aware, of course, that many individuals’ experiences in meditations or interactions with otherworldly beings are vastly different from mine. This is not to negate either. The universe is a vast and mostly unknown frontier with possibilities of many peoples and many tales. Mine is only one story, and even this may change as I gather new data in my research and personal experiences. 

I hope my words may open some new doors for you or validate some long held suspicions. Listen to your intuitive sense. You already know what feels right for you. Accept what resonates and dismiss the rest. Trust yourself, and join me on this adventure.

ACCEPTING ANOTHER REALITY

I believe Cosmic Beings exist. I have seen and interacted with some of them in meditation and telepathically communicated with others. I also believe they have visited our planet, and that they are friendly. Not everyone, however, is open to such ideas.

I want people to stop being afraid of extraterrestrials.These otherworldly beings are here to help and have visited Earth for many years. My own extensive study validates that. They are not harmful, despite the many stories and movies that picture them otherwise. In this time of change, we are challenged to accept new ideas. We may remain skeptical but must also remain open.      

I started researching life on other planets nearly 60 years ago. While life activities, at times, interfered with that study, my interest has never waned. 

Earth is just 1 of 3.2 trillion planets in our galaxy. 

The Sun is just 1 of 200 billion stars in the Milky Way galaxy.

The Milky Way is just 1 of 2 trillion galaxies in the observable universe.

Why would we think that our planet is the only one supporting life?

I have listened to professionals such as Dr. Steven M. Greer and physicist Avi Loeb who claim, with proof, that aliens and alien crafts have visited earth. The government has kept much of that data secret. This information, however, is gradually being made public. More people are aware that this is now science fact, no longer science fiction.

Physicists have proven that other dimensions exist. While more information continues to come to light, we can no longer insist that our third dimensional world is the only reality.

My hope is that more of us begin accepting the existence of cosmic beings, even if we can’t see them yet. They are here now, and more are coming to help calm the chaos on Earth.

CONNECTING WITH COSMIC BEINGS

Are we being open to UFOs, cosmic or otherworldly beings, and extraterrestrials? Are we accepting personal visits from higher dimensional beings, including guardian angels and ancestors?

We are never alone. We have multidimensional support, a team of guides working with us and around us. We might call them angels, guardian angels, ascended masters, extraterrestrials, or cosmic beings, but they are around and here to help. Perhaps we need to shift something within ourselves to open to these influences. They may also be our ancestors, loved ones who are now reaching out. So many of us have experienced that, but may have not totally believed or just not mentioned it to anyone.  Those contacts exist, as expressed by so many. Again, the message is to trust ourselves and what we feel.

Every experience is unique. We cannot assume that any belief or contact is wrong just because we haven’t read or heard about one like it. Any personal encounter is real. Part of this new view is to learn to connect to ourselves, to who we really are, not just humans within this human body. Our soul is larger and more expansive. We are more than we think we are. We are connected to and supported by other beings.  We do know that other beings exist. Our job is to prepare to connect with and assist them. 

We need to go outside ourselves but also delve internally. It is not necessary to see physical spacecraft as much as to sense a truth within. Our intuitive instincts are most important.  We need to look beyond what is in front of us, although it is hard to imagine divine beings in another dimension when all we really know is our 3rd dimensional, physical world. Most of our communication with extraterrestrials is through telepathy, or communicating thoughts and feelings from one mind to another. If we expand our consciousness, we may be surprised at what we find.

New, interesting developments regarding life on other planets and other dimensions are being revealed. NASA has released documents showing the possibility of extraterrestrials. As Avi Loeb, NYTimes bestselling author and Chair of Harvard’s Astronomy Department, in Interstellar (2023) points out, scientists know a great deal about “one-sixth of the universe.” But scientists are “clueless” about the rest of the universe.

There are hundreds of billions of habitable planets in our Milky Way galaxy and two trillion galaxies in the universe. As Loeb believes:

“…it is reasonable to suspect that life elsewhere not only exists but is quite common.”

Loeb cautions that new information is often hidden by authorities. NASA only recently released long-held documents on unidentified objects. Loeb has seen other evidence of that secrecy: “Reputational risk may keep many observers silent.” 

UAP is the more recent term to replace UFO, although even this acronym has changed from meaning Unidentified Aerial Phenomena to Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena. This is more encompassing for airborne or underwater objects and refers to deviating from the standard, normal or expected. This term makes much more sense and is more inclusive and realistic than “unidentified flying objects.”

One organization, The Society for UAP Studies, wants serious academic study with the same scientific objectives of any discipline (palmbeachpost.com, Dec 9, 2025, 9A). The Society is not taking a position on whether or not there are extraterrestrials but wants to remain open to the possibilities, including researching people who are reporting unexplained sights. There is no government backing, so there can be objective reporting. This Society is represented by highly qualified professionals from a variety of fields. 

Other research continues. Skinwalker Ranch in Utah is one of most scientifically studied paranormal hotspots. Using new, advanced technical tools, researchers at the ranch are finding phenomena that can’t be explained as they observe UFOs mysteriously disappear. 

Movies show other possibilities, if we mostly ignore the ones depicting extraterrestrials as destructive. Abyss has aliens living underwater and their crafts are also their bodies. The way they manipulate water opens up another way of thinking. The original Star Wars movies (My favorites that I have watched too many times, I must admit.) with the diverse creatures from different planets and places all working together are another reminder to open to new possibilities, not just keep stuck in old views.

There are many, even in the spiritual world, who are hesitant to accept the existence of aliens or other beings. Is this reluctance to assimilate new thoughts holding us back from working with these beings who are here to help? My understanding is that unless we ask or agree to their help, they are not free to do so. I always caution anyone to decide what “feels” accurate before incorporating anything unfamiliar into beliefs. But I also advise all of us to be sure we aren’t dismissing some new theory or idea simply because it clashes with an old one. These are changing times. We must move forward rather than remain stubbornly entrenched in our current, perhaps incomplete, convictions.

UNDERSTANDING OUR TRUE HISTORY

Is part of our history not being told or accepted? 

I have studied this question for many years. Might this have any implications for our future? Graham Hancock in America Before: The Key to Earth’s Lost Civilization (2019) proves there were many settlers in the Americas before Columbus. Most of you probably already knew that. The data in this work, however, is that these peoples came from the sea, a feat that has long been ridiculed in many circles. He points out that too many scientists and archeologists have not only denied these facts but have also denigrated the experts whose research provides valid proof. What a shame that our true history is often kept hidden by authorities who feel threatened and/or refuse to entertain new information. 

What intrigues me is not just the fact that the Americas were settled by many Pre Columbian groups but that there is continuing evidence of even older civilizations that may have been lost entirely. The Serpent Mound in Ohio which aligns with celestial events of sunrise on summer and winter solstice and an underground city off the coast of Oregon dating from 18,000 years ago are just two of the numerous examples. Maya sites provide more evidence of advanced civilizations present in the Americas, with ancient civilizations also in Egypt and other places. What about these early cultures is also being hidden?

Amidst all of this evidence, I am interested in the information on the revolutionary technology in Atlantis. Hancock, mentioned above, has written many books on his journeys to discover the truth on this legendary island and presents convincing arguments about its existence and demise. Even Plato, in the fourth century BCE, discussed Atlantis and the ability of its inhabitants to transport goods by sea.  Hancock talks of a deluge, perhaps caused by a comet around 12,800 years ago, that affected North America more than other parts of the world and could have been the cause of the destruction of Atlantis.  From Hancock’s work and my research,

I believe that Atlantis did exist, that it probably existed in the Atlantic Ocean, that a catastrophic event caused its demise, and that it was a highly advanced society. 

According to my understanding, some Atlanteans were able to escape with their technological knowledge. Frank Joseph, Ed, in The Lost History of Ancient America: How Our Continent Was Shaped By Conquerors, Influencers, and Other Visitors from Across the Ocean (2017) recounts that the Maya peoples talked of a great flood. They claimed that new arrivals after the deluge built subterranean tunnels to use as a depository for written records from their inundated homeland.  We know, for example, that there are tunnels under Teotihuacan, a Maya ruin in Mexico, which is a complex of pyramids. Unfortunately, most of the records from that time were destroyed by the Spanish. We do know, though, that each of their pyramids aligned with a planet in the solar system. They also recorded complex calendars. Where did they get this advanced knowledge? What other records of their history have been destroyed?

Neil Gaur, an historian and researcher, has done in-depth explorations of ancient civilizations and confirmed the idea of the Atlanteans retreating to Egypt, Great Britain, and the Americas. Explorers are finding underground tunnels and underground cities throughout the world. Some of these have living space for thousands of people. While I focus on MesoAmerica in this discussion, there is much evidence for other such places around the world. What more surprises will be revealed as research continues?

We know that ancient civilizations existed, many with advanced knowledge.

Perhaps now is the time to add to our knowledge of the past in order to better understand and impact our future.

I always caution everyone to decide what “feels” accurate before incorporating anything unfamiliar into your beliefs. But I also advise all of us to be sure we aren’t dismissing some new theory or idea simply because it clashes with an old one. These are changing times. We must move forward rather than remain stubbornly entrenched in our current, perhaps incomplete, convictions. 

EVERY SPECIES IS SACRED

…it has been argued that for us to recognize the truth, 

there must be something within us that already knows it.

Newell

Sometimes in order to go forward, we must look to the past. I suggested in a recent post, Understanding Our True History, that the ancient past has much to teach us. 

John Philip Newell in Sacred Earth, Sacred Soul: Celtic Wisdom For Reawakening To What Our Souls Know and Healing The World (Harper One, 2021) suggests a similar lesson. His journey, however, suggests a look at a more recent past: the Celtic Tradition.

“What is unique about the Celtic tradition compared to most other Western traditions is that it cannot be reduced to a set of doctrines or beliefs;

instead, at its core is the conviction that we essentially need to keep listening to what our soul already knows”

Newell

The Celts were in Ireland, Scotland, Wales, and Cornwall, but also spanned all of middle Europe from what is now Turkey to present day Spain. They believed that: 

“all life is holy, not just the life of our family or our nation, and that every species, 

not just the human species, is sacred.” 

Newell asks us to see that “This story of both the beauty and the suffering of the people of the western island of Scotland is in fact a universal story. It is the story of what has happened to native people and marginalized cultures throughout the world again and again.”  A “universal” story implies, perhaps, an even wider scope than might have been originally intended by Newell. I suggest this universality also includes Cosmic Beings.

We can’t undo the many movies depicting destructive extraterrestrials trying to harm and destroy our world. 

We can, however, release our fear, and be part of a new beginning.

A new beginning includes the acceptance of all beings, 

including nonphysical beings.

Newell discusses nine Celtic teachers from early Celtic Christianity to modern times who show us how to “be part of new beginnings.” Two of those Celts particularly touched me: John Muir and Pierre Teilhard de Chardin.  I was surprised to find their words resonating deeply within, reinforcing Newell’s belief that something within us knows the truth. 

John Muir (1838-1914) was a prophet born in Scotland who moved to the US and is called an American Celt. He began to promote the

“interrelationship of all things

and the sacredness of every species.”

Newell describes Muir as having a “passionate anger at what is being done to the environment coupled inseparably with a passionate love for the earth.”

Another Celt, Pierre Teilhard de Chardin (1881-1955) was a French scientist, Jesuit priest and mystic. Newell explains that Teilhard’s view is “learning to live from the sacred common ground of life rather than lifting ourselves up over one another or separating ourselves from one another.” This statement takes on a larger meaning when we apply it to nonhumans.

The Celtic Tradition has evolved over time. Newell claims that our role now is to apply those beliefs in new ways. I repeat the quote from Newell used earlier in this discussion:

“all life is holy, not just the life of our family or our nation, and that every species, 

not just the human species, is sacred.” 

Perhaps that Celtic wisdom applies to all of Earth, our environment, all humans, all animals, all plants, and all species, including extraterrestrials. Deep within, we do know that truth.

A DISCUSSION OF THE AGE OF DISCLOSURE DOCUMENTARY

This is a significant documentary that reveals the secret government cover-up of non-human intelligent life visiting earth. It registered as the highest grossing documentary on Prime Video. Perhaps now people are ready to contemplate the existence of extraterrestrials.

I learned significant facts from this documentary:

 First, not a surprise, the government has hidden evidence of alien craft visiting our planet. 

Government employees, both past and present, have verified this, sharing that “Deny, Deny, Deny” has been the existing policy. Of course, not everyone is ready to accept this information. I understand and recognize that the existence of other worldly beings is a major jolt for many. 

The second fact I learned is that there is a program called “Legacy” that is comprised of the CIA, the US Air Force, the Defense Department, and certain major corporations.

This confirms what I always heard about the military/industrial complex. I just never realized the extent of its influence or what that meant. All four of those groups in the Legacy program have much to lose if their power is diminished. They use that power to create fear and deceit to control us. Am I being paranoid with that statement? Years ago I might have thought so. In this documentary, there is too much evidence from eye witness accounts to dismiss that notion. The military/industrial complex wants us to fear extraterrestrials.

Another fact that I feel is important is that in all of the years with proof of cosmic visitors, going back at least to the crash in Roswell in 1947 and probably earlier, there is no proof of any attempt to harm humans. 

There is actually more to show that these visitors have been helping us. Some of the crafts that crashed on earth may have been left on purpose. Was this done to assist governments in reverse engineering their equipment to further our capabilities? I’m not sure there is actual proof of that yet, but from this documentary and my own research, I find that plausible. I certainly believe there is no reason to fear these visitors from other planets. 

As a caveat, I surmise that over time, there have probably been and perhaps still are some alien forces who wish to harm us. There is no evidence of any success at all and more evidence that larger, benevolent alien forces are minimizing any impact.

The last fact that excites me about this documentary is the knowledge that our governmental agencies, the military and certain corporations have gained about the extraterrestrial crafts: 

• They can travel at speeds unheard of in any of our planes or equipment. Those high speeds would make it impossible for any human to survive inside such a vehicle, yet aliens do survive. 
• Their technology allows for the inside of the craft to create a different environment than the outside, so anyone inside is not affected by the outside forces. I find that impressive.
• These vehicles are also transmedium, meaning they can perform in air, on land or in the water. Wow, that is amazing!

The Age of Disclosure provides enough evidence to convince me of the existence of alien craft, the extensive cover-up by the military/industrial complex, the lack of any proof these non-humans mean any harm but in fact have provided help, and the technology that far surpasses the capability of any of our current machines. There is so much more to know, but this is a significant step to force us to rethink much of our knowledge of extraterrestrial visits and technology.

We are not alone.

Extraterrestrials exist.

They have more advanced technology.

They are here to help, not harm us.

Perhaps we should begin to accept that.

AVOIDING CONFLICT IN DISCUSSING EXTRATERRESTRIALS

Amanda Ripley is a NYT best selling author and investigative reporter for Atlantic, Politico, and Washington Post, among others. Her High Conflict: Why We Get Trapped and How We Get Out (Simon & Schuster, 2021) is a well-researched, impressive work with extensive case studies. All quotations in this post are from that book. Ripley talks of moral choice, lasting change, and transcending differences.

I originally wrote about Ripley’s book for one of my website posts. As I began writing this series of articles entitled Visits from Cosmic Travelers, I realized this topic was also related to high conflict, with strong feelings both for and against the existence of extraterrestrials.

“In healthy conflict, there is movement. Questions get asked. Curiosity exists. There can be yelling, too. But healthy conflict leads somewhere. 

It feels more interesting to get to the other side than to stay in it. 

In high conflict, the conflict is the destination. There’s nowhere else to go.”

The importance of belonging and being part of a group 

plays a significant role in high conflict.

• “We want to feel like we belong in our group, like we are understood. One way to instantly build that connection is at the expense of the other group…Those guys are the worst.”

• “Humans have certain fundamental emotional needs, including the need for a sense of belonging, for self-esteem, for control, and for a meaningful existence. These needs are nearly as important to our survival as food and water.”  

Does the possibility of extraterrestrials force us to question our need for “control”? Would the ramifications of such an unknown or unproven possibility make life seem untenable? Accepting a reality that seems too far from our normal thinking can pose problems. What does it mean if other beings exist? How might that change our lives?

What if we could have healthy conversations about nonhuman beings existing and visiting earth?

“The challenge of our time is to…change without dehumanizing one another. 

Not just because it’s morally right but because it works.

 Lasting change, the kind that seeps into people’s hearts, has only ever come about through a combination of pressure and good conflict. Both matter.”

We assume we know why we hold the positions that we do, but what if we are also led by misguided information. Ripley poses a significant question for us to answer:

“We think we are acting on our own volition—

making judgments based on hard facts and deeply held values. 

But are we?”

I previously wrote an article about The Age of Disclosure, a government cover-up of UFOs, which included well-documented studies. This documentary described groups, such as the military/industrial complex who provide inaccurate information in order to retain their control and power. This is just one example. We need to be sure we are reacting to facts rather than misinformation. The challenge for all of us is to listen and not just gravitate to any group that might agree with us and that wants to disparage another.                                                       

“High conflict is intolerant of difference. A culture that sorts the world into good and evil is by definition small and confining. It prevents people from working together.”

“Good conflict is not the same thing as forgiveness.

 It has nothing to do with surrender.

 It can be stressful and heated but our dignity remains intact.”

We often see ourselves as right and others who think differently as not only wrong, but potentially evil. It is time to change that belief.

“High conflict is what happens when conflict clarifies into 

a good versus evil kind of feud, the kind with an us and a them.”

Let us not allow any discussion of extraterrestrials to dissolve into a high conflict situation. Everyone has the right to his or her opinion. We must allow that freedom to all. I believe in nonphysical, cosmic beings. I accept that others may not.  I hope all remain open to the possibility of their existence, just as I must remain open to the idea that I may be misinterpreting the evidence.

MY SIRIAN GUIDE

Many higher dimensional beings are helping humans. I met one from the Star Sirius, who initially contacted me during a meditation. I saw him as a physical being. He quickly became a trusted companion. As it turns out, we were close friends on Atlantis, not that I remembered until reconnecting with him. Before Atlantis sank, we neglected to do an assigned task about securing some important knowledge or technology and were yanked back to Sirius for our oversight. Had I been in Sirius before? I have no idea. My memory of this is vague, but the feeling of needing to right a previous wrong was evident. 

My Sirian friend and I were not done with our work together. In another meditation, we connected to the Native American Hopis, who have long talked of their underground worlds.  The Hopis helped us discover some of the information that had been taken from Atlantis and hidden in underground tunnels. None of the actual knowledge, however, was ever revealed to me. It is interesting that new research is finding hidden tunnels under many cities around the world. Is this related to the Hopi stories of hiding underground after a natural disaster on earth? I continue studying those possibilities.

 Again in a meditation, my Sirian friend and I ended up on the island of Malta at one of the very early civilizations there, searching for more of the elusive knowledge. Malta is also an area with significant underground tunnels, which I didn’t know until after my meditative journey. Recently I awoke with a clear view of some sort of blueprint or design manual, not sure what that was showing me, except I have the distinct feeling it is part of a piece of the puzzle. I may be entirely wrong about this.  I am simply conveying the information that I have at this time, with full expectation that all can change in the future and probably will.

I named my Sirian friend, Malta, after remembering our time spent there. As humans, we get hung up on names. Many extraterrestrials, especially those from higher dimensions, simply have no need for names or rarely care what we call them. Malta seems fine with the one I chose. He also has a great sense of humor. Of course, he insisted that I include evidence of his funny sense of things. I kid him often about his need for recognition and he just continues to make comments about how important he is. This is never said with arrogance, only with an understood laugh.

I have studied multidimensional and extraterrestrial beings, such as the Pleiadians, Arcturians and Sirians. My understanding is that they are all round to help if asked. Some of them purport to be hovering in spaceships above earth to aid humans. There are also, at least in my current understanding, some negative entities who are probably not helpful. They are often referred to as Greys and Reptilians. I have no direct knowledge but consider them part of the dark we strive to balance with light.

I always caution readers to assess any new information to see if it “feels” right. If not, simply let it go.  

We need intuitive knowing as well as logical reasoning.

Not everyone will have contact with extraterrestrials or multidimensional beings, either seeing a space craft or in meditation. We each have a path to follow. That journey and that information is not the same for everyone. Do not wish for one that does not fit who you are. Yours will be much more exciting and appropriate for you. Trust whatever path you are on and trust any experiences on that path.

Please also trust that extraterrestrials and multidimensional beings exist and that they are here to help if asked.

BEING A DRAGON, BEING A HUMAN

On my spiritual journey, I explored and reviewed inspiring books by and about classic and contemporary mystics. A Mystic believes in spiritual truths beyond the intellect and seeks for unity with the divine and higher dimension beings through direct contemplation. Along my path, I was forced to open my heart and mind to a new revelation: Dragons exist, and I am one.

I am a human, and I am a dragon. I agreed thousands of lifetimes ago to descend to this dimension to help with human evolution, not remembering these dragon roots until my 40s in this lifetime. At first I just thought I had a guardian dragon, which surprised me since I had no previous knowledge of or acquaintance with dragons. Then I realized I was able to communicate with this guardian, and that I was a dragon myself. Definitely one of the major surprises in my life! In addition to dragons, many beings from other planets and/or higher dimensions are lowering their vibrations to come to assist us.  Many of you are from or have connections to other planets and other dimensions. I do not pretend to understand all of the implications or all of the current activities. I just know that many of us chose to incarnate on Earth at this time to assist in human evolution, and that there are other beings here to help.

As a human and a dragon, I work with my Dragon Clan and with beings on other dimensions. Our work is to help balance light and dark, good and evil, in the world. Our initial work was to eliminate the dark Dragons on a higher dimension who were directing and influencing humans. Such efforts are only allowed when requested by humans. Then we targeted terrorists, countries and groups that advocated violence. Again, such an action requires a human request, which is part of my work and why I continue to function on Earth in this 3D form. Our work now is sending out energy to help balance the extremes. Many others, of course, do similar tasks.

The main problem on Earth is the imbalance. 

While that sounds, at first, too simple, most problems arise from an extremist view on climate, immigration, guns, violence, and race. Balance is one of the 7 Cosmic Principles that I studied for many years and have written about in my nonfiction book, Do It Yourself Guide to Spirituality: Seven Simple Steps ( https://a.co/d/4jywXSJ) and in a novel The Lost Principles (https://a.co/d/glUShSS). Reestablishing balance is not an easy solution. But the idea of balance provides a goal for which we can strive in all areas of our lives. Any individual success positively affects the bigger picture. 

Dark and evil will never be entirely eliminated on Earth. That is not possible. The  good/evil balance needs to be continually reinforced, however, to maintain peace and reason on Earth. As most of us are aware, extremism and division permeate Earth at this time. Dragons and other beings are working to mitigate that.

We have assistance from above but each of us needs to perform our individual role to help. Our designated tasks are all different. Accept yours. Many are already aware of what to do. If you are still searching, be patient and listen to your inner voice. You will know. 

Our roles may be changing, though, as we accept and communicate with the increasing number of higher beings who are interacting with us. Remain open, remain receptive.

FINDING BALANCE, FINDING PEACE

Balance is about finding our center, where our power is located, and accepting who we are. For  me, that is being a dragon during this human incarnation. For some, that might be an Andromedan, an Acturian, a Pleiadian or a channeler of one of those extraterrestrials. For others, that might be a spiritual seeker or a stronger version of oneself. Now is the time to connect with that identity, whatever it is. A balance is required of us, discovering our true self, no matter how different that self may or may not be from our current reality.

When I was younger, I disliked the concept of balance, believing moderation was boring as I craved more excitement. The problem, as I learned, is that an adrenal rush brings highs and lows, rarely helping us achieve. But, as I also learned, there is another aspect to balance: Polarity, which is one of the seven universal principles that I have studied and written about for over 30 years. Polarity exists in our lives, the world and the universe. Everything has an opposite, and opposites are an aspect of the same thing. They are not separate or distinct. Think of hot and cold. There is no one place where hot becomes cold; they are just varying gradations of two states blending into one another. The same is true of light and dark, or good and evil. Finding the center is avoiding the extremes. As the Dragons have continually informed me, we are here to help balance the light and dark. One cannot exist without the other. Moderation, or living from our center, creates a less extreme life, a less extreme world and a less extreme universe. 

I recently came across The Way of Nagomi: The Japanese Philosophy of  Finding Balance and Peace in Everything You Do by Ken Mogi (2022). Paying attention to what happens around us is always important, such as finding the right book at the right time. Even though Mogi is not talking about higher dimensional beings, I was drawn to his work.  His three main ideas are surprisingly related to this discussion: self restraint, anonymity and harmony in relationships. 

• Self restraint is about balance in all that we do, even in our thinking. 
• Anonymity means we do not need to be the loudest, most vocal, or most visible person in the room. Perhaps not everyone needs to know we are a dragon or some other being. 
• Harmony in relationships is balancing our beliefs with those of others and allowing them the freedom of their thoughts.  

Mogi’s description of the aspects of nagomi provides a sense of peace and calm. Any imbalance within is reflected in the world around us. When we are centered, where our power resides, we assist the world. If we accept the knowledge of who we really are, then the self-restraint, anonymity and harmony that Mogi discusses make sense.

 Even astrology relates to balance. Although I have taken a few courses with astrobutterfly.com to learn more about the influence of the planets and stars around us, I am certainly not an astrologer. But I have been a believer since I was best friends with a wonderful astrologer/psychic for many years before her death. Certain aspects influence us all on some similar levels. An important one has been affecting us since late July 2023, ending September 3, 2023: Venus retrograde asks “Who am I? What do I want?” These are Important questions and they challenge us to accept who we are, to find our core. It is not a coincidence that I am writing this article at this time. This transformation has been occurring. Have you felt it? 

Another aspect to this time of transformation is being aware that perhaps not only are we someone different than we thought, but that our history might not be quite the usual, traditional story. If we are aliens of some origin other than Earth, we might begin to accept that these beings have been around for a long time. There is much going on that will open our eyes to new possibilities. Does any of that resonate with you? Have you ever suspected there was more to yourself, or to the stories that have been told? 

I always felt as if I never fit in and have finally realized, in my later years, that I never did. Guess I was always aware of being something or someone else, even without any idea what that was. Who talked about such a thing years ago?  Very few spiritual leaders or gurus that I encountered ever mentioned being a dragon or higher being. Years ago, such information was probably kept mostly hidden. My own recognition came about slowly and without any external support until recently when I found thousands of other dragons and higher beings online. A surprise and relief. 

Extraterrestrials, or advanced beings, are around us. Some are friends and neighbors who agreed to become human in this lifetime to assist. Others are helping from planets, stars and other universes. Diana Cooper in her new book The Golden Future: What to Expect and How to Reach the Fifth Dimension (2023) claims “…billions of non-physical beings of all sizes and shapes inhabit the universes.”  What if she is right?

These are changing times. Try not to dismiss new ideas too readily.

        Find support in your true identity to assist in assimilating the possibilities.  

Find tranquility within despite any external turmoil or change.

Find yourself, Find balance.

SIGNIFICANT ASTROLOGY FOR 2026 AND BEYOND

I am not an astrologer but have followed astrology for years and have taken some classes with astrobutterfly.com, a program I would highly recommend. Much of the information in this article is based on data from that website and from others, coupled with my own interpretations.

Four planets influencing 2026 now and beyond:

Pluto in Aquarius 

Neptune in Aries 

Saturn in Aries 

Uranus in Gemini

Astronomically, planets move in front of different constellations, such as Aquarius, Aries and Gemini, as they orbit the sun. Astrology takes that visible motion and assigns symbolic meaning to which constellation a planet appears in.

Pluto in Aquarius 

This influence lasts for 20 years and brings profound change.

Some of what happens at first may expose the negativity in all aspects of our society and unearth the darker aspects of idealism, social inclusion, democracy and technology.

This is a time to expand our horizons and shed what no longer nurtures us.

Plutonian influence may dismantle hierarchical power structures. It breaks apart outdated institutions and ideologies, bringing a return of power to the people, where the majority decides.

Across many countries, institutions are being forced to confront their weaknesses. From overstretched healthcare systems to public distrust in political leadership, there is growing pressure to restore structure and credibility. This is a period in which governments and organizations are being judged less on rhetoric and more on performance. Promises are no longer enough. People want systems that work.

Authority is being challenged.

This may eventually help us find our own power. Not a power that wants to control and win, but one that seeks to express our truth in a way that serves the best interests of humanity at large.

Plutonian influence will also push society deeper into AI. We have already seen the swift rise of AI, affecting so many aspects of our lives. We know the good that AI can bring but must remain cautious of the misinformation and an over-reliance on this new technology. 

Neptune in Aries 

The Neptunian influence lasts for 14 years, as it awakens our independent self and pushes us into action.  The most important aspect is for each of us to ask: 

• “What is my dream or vision?” 
• “Who am I?”

This is our chance to become the person we were always meant to be. It is a time to celebrate our successes, a time when we will no longer look outside ourselves for strength and support. We will find the fortitude within.

Saturn in Aries

This influence lasts for 2.5 years

Saturn provides structure and represents personal responsibility. This leads us to:

Be the change we want to see in the world.

It will no longer be as important to fit in.

Saturn takes our Neptune dream and makes it real, but we must be sure our dreams are grounded in reality. What we set in motion now shapes the years ahead.

We may see the collapse of old borders, government systems, financial structures, ideologies, and beliefs. Long-term consequences are finally catching up with short-term thinking. Choices made decades ago are shaping today’s crises. “The future depends on whether societies respond with maturity or retreat into nostalgia and denial.” (Astrobutterfly.com).          

With this transformation and technological acceleration, we might see more UFOs (or UAPs, the new term meaning Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena) and experience more multidimensional visitors. 

Think of the world before and after this year.  We are no longer willing to live by outdated rules and ideas.

It is the end of one world, and the beginning of another.

Uranus in Gemini 

This influence lasts for 7 years and represents freedom, innovation, and disruption.

The rise of AI is the core of this cycle. AI may be seen as a co-thinker and as a companion.  As mentioned in the section of Pluto in Aquarius, this innovation is already impacting our lives, such as traditional career paths becoming increasingly unstable.

Other possible innovations include:

• Decentralized education
• Brain to brain communication may be possible (telepathy)
• Advances In neurology (brain, spinal cord and peripheral nerves)
• Body-therapy as the new focus rather than talk therapy
• Drones and self-driving cars, which are already prevalent and increasing

Three main ideas:

• Be open to change, which may be and may feel disruptive but will ultimately lead to something positive.
• Embrace who you really are, your true self. Now is the time to figure that out, whatever your age.
• Accept AI as one of the biggest revolutions. (I will be writing more about this in a future article.)

These predictions are providing us with some guidance for our chaotic times. Most of us are already experiencing some external, as well as internal, adjustment. 2026 will, hopefully, bring us out of the chaos of rapid changes as something coherent and forward-looking emerges. Each of us will experience a different degree of transformation, as we learn to adapt to any personal adjustments and to those of the world at large.

Our challenge is to remain receptive to any changes.

THE DIVINE FEMININE

In our seemingly complicated and confusing lives, there is a missing piece: The Divine Feminine. 

The Divine Feminine transcends the physical and refers to the higher dimension of women. The Divine Feminine represents chaotic, creative energy, which is missing in a world of logical thought and often why the masculine seems too important. 

We must recognize both the masculine and feminine within us.  We must also accept these two aspects in our external environment, in the world and in the universe. But there needs to be a balance, not one dominant over the other. This is true whether we are male or female.

There are three faces of women: The virgin or creator, the mother or nurturer, and the crone or destroyer. The Divine Feminine is all three. Women embody these aspects at different times in their lives. The Divine Feminine molds the acceptance of the creator and destroyer, with the balance of the mother as the equalizer in the middle. Ambiguity exists within the Divine Feminine. There is no easy definition, no easy or simple view. The Divine Feminine simply embodies all that is feminine.

The dark feminine also exists within the Divine Feminine. The dark feminine represents the chaos of creation and the chaos of destruction. She is represented by Kali, Isis, Hecate and others. Too often women “bury their rage, fierceness, and the ability to manifest and seduce because they have been told this is unladylike” (Letssweettalk.com/2020/12/29/what-is-the-dark-feminine/). But this is all a part of who women are.

How often, though, do we salute the male as more important? We see this in so many aspects of society, even when we want to honor all the strides and accomplishments of women. Is there equality? Of course not. Not yet.

Balancing our feminine and masculine is the only way we can enjoy a life of our own choosing, a life of our own creation. We create by combining our masculine and feminine. Obviously on the physical plane, we create life through the fertilization of a female by the male. On the mental level, the conscious mind is the masculine, and the unconscious mind is the feminine. The unconscious mind becomes fertile and creates ideas, similar to the womb creating life. Creation of thoughts occurs with a conscious mind stimulating our unconscious. The masculine stimulates the feminine, on all levels. A simple concept, but one we often forget or ignore. 

Life is creation, but creation is more than just a new life; it is also a new product or item, such as computer software, a dance routine or a meal. A new thought is equally important. Do we acknowledge this “other” creation? Is too much emphasis put on the physical creation? In our society, external sexual activity pervades. In many religions, new life is the focus. Where are the new independent products and thoughts? Where is the emphasis on the union with the divine?

Immersed in feminine energy means being comfortable with chaotic, unfocused thoughts and lack of clarity. Logical thoughts or answers will appear when ready. They can’t be forced or rushed. This immersion is an important step. Creativity begins in ambiguity.

The masculine, or our conscious mind, controls our thoughts. If we are lazy and only listen to those around us, we are ruled by others. We see this in various forms of the media, which tell us what to think. Many of us allow another to manage our thoughts. 

Some women allow strong men to dominate their lives. Many men acquiesce to dominant women. We should think about that. Are we using our strength to create our ideas or are we allowing others to command us? I believe this is an area of utmost importance. This forces us to think for ourselves and use both our masculine and feminine. We can’t relegate or delegate any part of ourselves to a member of the opposite sex, a member of the same sex, or to society. Our strength is to use our conscious mind and create our own lives.

“You can simply sit in your Divine Feminine and open yourself up to the energies that are present at any given time. You can feel those energies emerging with your physical form, and you can become more energized, more enlivened through the simple act of receiving something that doesn’t look like it really is there, but you can feel nonetheless.”   (channeled by Daniel Scranton)

People being led by the thoughts of a few is not just a contemporary problem but a human condition that has existed for centuries. Now, however, we have the knowledge, understanding, and ability to stop allowing others to dictate to us. Our masculine and feminine must work together to create a better world. This will only happen when we first internalize this balance.

• Now is the time to stop allowing others to do our thinking. 
• Now is the time to balance our conscious mind with our unconscious. 
• Now is the time to honor the need and power of both the feminine and the masculine. This describes the 7th Cosmic Principle, which provides the key to combining our masculinity and femininity to create the life and world we desire.

In my novel about the 7 Cosmic Principles, The Lost Principles (available on Amazon at https://a.co/d/glUShSD), the antagonist claims that he believes “people are too weak to make their own decisions. They always want someone smarter to decide.” What I wrote in 2008, before this extreme political and cultural divide, is even more true today. 

I have often written about the 7 Cosmic Principles. These universal rules can be traced back to the earliest philosophies and beliefs, reflecting ideas from Plato, the Gnostics, ancient Greeks, ancient Egyptians and Sumerians, among others. The balance of the masculine and feminine required in these Principles was in existence in ancient times. The significance of the goddess, and the feminine, is apparent in the ancient civilizations of Greece, Crete, Sumer, and Egypt. The Egyptian gods of Osiris, Isis and Horus, represented the father, mother and son. This Trinity, among others, honored the feminine as well as the masculine.  But this balance has been lost, especially in the three main western religions. 

Judaism does not have a significant female entity. While Christianity honors the Virgin Mary, she is not included in the Trinity of the Father, Son and Holy Ghost. There does not seem to be a significant female in Islam. Each religion omits the significance of the feminine, and thus according to the Cosmic Principles, is not balanced.  How ironic that the Middle East, the birthplace of Christianity, Judaism, and Islam, is the location of continued historical tension and warfare. What does the exclusion of the feminine in these religions tell us about the “imbalance” in our lives and in the world today? 

The Divine Feminine accepts the masculine as equal, not as dominant or nonexistent. Balance is crucial. We must recognize the Divine Feminine with its many faces and forms. We must embrace the Divine Feminine to raise our vibrations. Only then can we progress to the 5th dimension and beyond.

FAITH AND FACTS

In this time of change, we are challenged to accept new ideas, even if they seem a repudiation of old viewpoints. We must remain skeptical, yet open. Whether in the field of science or in the spiritual world, there is often a reluctance to embrace or entertain the possibility of additional insight. 

In Quantum Questions: Mystical Writings of the World’s Greatest Physicists, edited by Ken Wilber (2001), Wilber points out that many great physicists were also mystics. These physicists, however, did not get their mysticism from a study of physics. Wilber, a philosopher, points out that religious/metaphysical beliefs and science are both important, but they are not the same. The scientists did not confuse the two. Neither should we. Wilber explains:

 “If today’s physics supports mysticism, what happens when tomorrow’s physics replaces it?” 

A mystic seeks spiritual truth beyond the intellect through personal contemplation. A scientist studies the world through observation, experimentation and testing. Wilber acknowledges, as do all of the physicists in his book, the importance of mysticism in addition to science. Facts and faith exist and are equally important. Both, however, are subject to change.

There are new, interesting developments regarding life on other planets. NASA has released documents showing the possibility of extraterrestrials. As Avi Loeb, NYTimes bestselling author and Chair of Harvard’s Astronomy Department, in Interstellar (2023) points out, scientists know a great deal about “one-sixth of the universe.” But scientists are “clueless” about the rest of the universe.

There are hundreds of billions of habitable planets in our Milky Way galaxy and two trillion galaxies in the universe. As Loeb believes:

“…it is reasonable to suspect that life elsewhere not only exists but is quite common.”

Loeb and his Galileo project are searching for intelligent life in our galaxy and beyond. He accepts the possibility of extraterrestrial “proof” reaching earth for scientists to study. For example, the Oumuamua meteoroid is being studied as potentially from another civilization. There are other such objects that are sitting on the ocean floor that Loeb and his group are helping to find, raise and study.

He also believes there are more sophisticated ways to reach out into the universe with smaller, lighter, more advanced and cheaper technology. Loeb talks of finding advanced civilizations. He poses an intriguing question about whether we would want to communicate with less advanced or dying ones if they have nothing to offer us in light of our future. 

But as he explains:

“We are less likely to encounter biological beings in space than we are to find technological equipment that biological beings manufactured.”

Loeb cautions that new information is often hidden by authorities. NASA only recently released their long-held documents on unidentified objects. Loeb has seen other evidence of that secrecy: “Reputational risk may keep many observers silent.” I mentioned this same tendency to ignore or dismiss new information in another post in relation to the search for earlier, advanced civilizations on Earth. Interesting that this same phenomenon seems to play out across all disciplines. (See my post “A Discussion of The Day of Disclosure Documentary).

In the spiritual/metaphysical world, there are new developments regarding the existence of alien beings from other dimensions who visit Earth. Sirians, Pleiadians, Arcturians, Lyrans, Andromedans, dragons, and fairies are around us; some of them even live here. This is not the world of physics. We cannot rely on science to lead us to the answers we seek in our metaphysical quest. These dimensions are currently beyond the scope of science. Even though physics has shown that other dimensions exist, that data is not related to our spiritual acceptance of other realms. 

Kevin Humphrey is a teacher, energy healer, reiki healer, and shaman.  I have gained an appreciation and respect for him after joining his Facebook group “Dragon Thunder.” He is wise and compassionate with an extensive understanding of and connection with dragons. In his book Fly with Dragons (2023), he channels these magnificent beings who state:

“We are Source beings of pure light; we have been always. As Source beings we are not limited by your Earth time paradox, we exist in the sense that you do, however we roam through all realities, realms, dimensions, and existences. At this moment in time, we are here to assist our sister, your Mother, whom we call Earth or Gaia.”

There are many, even in the spiritual world, who are hesitant to accept the existence of aliens, dragons and/or other beings.  Is this reluctance to assimilate new thoughts holding us back from working with these beings who are here to help? I caution all of us to decide what “feels” accurate before incorporating anything unfamiliar into our beliefs. But I also advise all of us to be sure we aren’t dismissing some new theory or idea simply because it clashes with an old one. These are changing times. We must move forward rather than remain stubbornly entrenched in our current convictions.

Faith and Facts are both necessary. Excluding or limiting either harms our ability to adjust to changes.
